Robin Young was born in San Antonio, TX and has had an interest in crystals and jewelry since childhood. Her interest grew into a passion, while working in the gem and jewelry industry for the past 20 years.
She has built a reputation within her community serving her customers in jewelry sales, jewelry appraisals, repairs, custom work and professional advice.
In effort to continually improve her education in the jewelry & gem industry, she is a member of the Southwest Gem & Mineral Society, attends trade shows, and vends at various rock & gem shows in town.

Gemologist - 2004 Gemological Institute of America Courses completed - Graduate Diamonds, Graduate Colored Stones, Gem Identification, Colored Stones Grading Lab and Gem Identification Lab.
Registered Gemologist Appraiser - 2020 International School of Gemology Courses completed - Introduction to Watches, Pearls, Diamonds, Colored Stones, Gemology Tools and Techniques, Created and Treated Gemstones, Evaluating Damaged Jewelry and Personal Property Appraisal.
Applied Jewelry Professional - 2020 Gemological Institute of America Courses completed - Jewelry Essentials, Colored Stones Essentials, Diamond Essentials.
