Photos of Items

Crystals and minerals are unique items, so no two are the same. Photos of most items on this website are only examples of typical samples. Only if the description says “photo(s) of the actual item,” can we guarantee that you will receive the item you see in the photo.

Returns

In the event your item arrives damaged, a full refund or replacement will be given. Please submit your request along with a photo of the damaged item. A return shipping label will be emailed to you. Once we receive your item(s), you will receive a confirmation via email regarding your options for a refund or replacement of a similar item.

In all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Submit you request to Contact@TrueIdentityLLC.com within 7 (seven) business days of receiving your order. Please include the order# and the reason why you’re returning the item.

Shipping & Delivery

We use USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-3 days to process the order, then up to 3 business days for delivery.

Delivery excludes Sundays & holidays.
